Service agreements take effect when accepted with any required service-specific schedules. Visiting this website does not create a subscription or accept a service agreement.

Contact sales@bmopass.com for service enquiries, billing questions, cancellation, privacy requests or complaints. Please describe the issue and identify your business; do not send payment-card details, passwords or clinical records.

Privacy and service requests

For a card issued by a business, contact that business about its rewards or your customer information. For B-MO’s own records, contact us. You can make a privacy request in ordinary language; no special form or purchase is required. We will ask only for identity information needed to handle the request safely.

Our privacy policy explains rights and the route to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contacting us first does not remove your right to complain to the regulator.

Accessibility and assistance

If a page or checkout is difficult to use, tell us which part and the assistance you need. We can discuss an accessible format or another way to review the information. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis.
