Terms of service
Clear terms for your business, your subscription and the service we provide.
1. About this agreement
B-MO is part of Epione Trading Ltd, company number 17173162. These terms are for businesses buying B-MO services, including sole traders acting for business purposes. They are not the terms of the rewards, goods or services offered by those businesses to their customers.
A subscription is formed when your order is accepted and its plan, billing period and agreed setup requirements are confirmed. The accepted order and any signed service or data-processing agreement form part of your contract. A specifically agreed written term takes precedence over a conflicting general term.
Contact us at sales@bmopass.com. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. What your plan includes
B-MO provides supported digital wallet cards, a staff portal and the features described for your chosen plan in the accepted order. Customer-facing cards use your business branding. Custom branding of the staff app and portal is included with Pro and Enterprise.
Essentials and Pro cover one business at one location. The Enterprise base subscription covers up to three locations for businesses under the same owner. Additional locations can be added at the stated subscription price; this does not grant a right to resell B-MO subscriptions to unrelated owners. Other allowances and supported integrations remain those stated in your order.
Appointment cards and day-before reminders require booking-system compatibility and setup, confirmed before activation. SMS sending requires an active provider and an agreed allowance. Apple Wallet nearby reminders require a configured business location and a compatible device. Separate messaging or integration charges must be agreed before they are incurred.
The staff app can be added to the home screen on compatible devices. It is a web app, not a promise of a separately published App Store application. Wallet availability and updates depend on the card type, device and provider.
3. Prices and subscription billing
For new subscriptions, Essentials is £39 per month or £351 annually; Pro is £79 per month or £711 annually; and Enterprise starts at £149 per month or £1,341 annually for up to three locations. Each additional Enterprise location is £20 per month or £180 annually. Monthly subscriptions renew each calendar month. Annual subscriptions are paid up front for twelve months and save 25% compared with twelve monthly payments. There is no standard setup fee. Existing four-week subscriptions retain their agreed billing schedule unless a change is separately agreed.
The GBP price is the base subscription price. Other currency displays are estimates. The final amount, currency, billing period and any applicable additional charges must be shown before you authorise payment. Stripe handles payment processing when checkout is enabled.
Subscriptions renew for the same billing period unless cancelled before renewal. A change of plan, billing period or price requires the applicable charge and effective date to be disclosed. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of a subscription price increase, which will not change the price of an already-paid period.
If a payment fails, we will contact you to resolve it. We may suspend service if payment remains overdue after notice and a reasonable opportunity to put it right. Suspension can stop new card issuance and updates.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can request cancellation by emailing sales@bmopass.com from your account email, identifying your business. Cancel before the next renewal to stop the next subscription charge. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
Monthly and existing four-week subscription payments are refundable if you request a refund within 7 calendar days of the payment date. Annual subscription payments are refundable if you request a refund within 14 calendar days of the payment date. To request a refund, email us from your account email and identify your business, subscription and the charge concerned.
This does not prevent a refund required by law or agreed because we have failed to provide the contracted service. If we end the service for our own convenience, we will refund the unused prepaid period. No revenue or results guarantee applies unless its exact conditions are separately agreed in writing.
5. Your business and your customers
You are responsible for accurate business details, staff permissions, content, rewards, offers and customer records. You must have the rights to use uploaded branding and the appropriate basis for processing customer information or sending messages.
Your business supplies and honours the rewards, appointments, memberships, prepaid sessions and gift-card balances it offers. B-MO supplies the recording and communication tools; it does not fund those promises. B-MO subscription checkout does not automatically provide payment collection from your own customers.
Do not use the service unlawfully, send unsolicited marketing, access another business’s records, compromise security or submit information you are not authorised to use. Remove access for staff who no longer need it.
6. Data and confidentiality
Our privacy and data policy explains B-MO’s handling of enquiries and business-account data. For customer data processed on your behalf, your business is normally the controller and B-MO the processor. A service-specific data-processing agreement must cover instructions, confidentiality, security, suppliers, transfers, assistance with rights and end-of-service handling.
Appointment information may reveal health information. Appropriate processing terms and a lawful basis must be established for the proposed setup before that information is transferred. Recall Pass is an appointment communication tool, not a clinical record, emergency service or guarantee that every reminder will be received.
Request any needed export before your subscription ends. Retention, deletion and backup handling follow the applicable data-processing agreement and legal requirements. A saved wallet card may remain on a device after service ends while new issuance and updates stop. Your obligations to customers do not disappear when you cancel B-MO.
7. Availability, ownership and liability
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Connectivity, maintenance and third-party services may affect availability or message delivery. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, zero latency or a particular increase in revenue, visits or satisfaction. Published market research is not a statement of B-MO customer results.
You retain rights to your branding and content. We retain rights to the B-MO software and grant permission to use it for your subscribed business purposes. Publicity using your identity or non-public results requires separate agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. B-MO’s aggregate liability arising from the service in a twelve-month period is limited to the subscription fees paid or payable for that period, subject to separately agreed terms. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Changes and disputes
We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of material contractual changes, with the opportunity to cancel before they take effect. Changes required by law or urgently needed to address misuse or security may take effect sooner, with an explanation.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a service or billing issue. These business terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have jurisdiction, without overriding mandatory rights or jurisdiction that apply by law.
